The REBR dashboard transforms labour market data into valuable insights, supporting Randstad to be(come) the best strategic partner for their clients. This way they can attract, engage & retain the best talent and improve company fit.
With the REBR Dashboard consultants can interact and build presentations with all of the collected data. It contains 5 years worth of successful employer branding insights and data at company level. It's based on an independent survey with over 160,000 respondents and 6022 companies surveyed in 32 countries worldwide, totalling 30 million data records.
The REBR Dashboard currently has 1,300 users worldwide across 32 countries. The data is processed, analysed and modelled by Randstad's own team of data engineers and data scientists. The tool, its functionality and the data is continuously being improved with support from end-users, to cater to their clients’ needs.
